How Do I Get Ready For My Shoot?

1. Get rest the night before.

2. No alcohol or drugs for at least 3 days before your shoot.

3. Drink lots and lots of water.

4. Wear clothes that are authentically you.
Your clothes should reflect who you are. Authenticity is key.

5. Bring makeup!
You are on camera with lots of lights. Make sure you bring some makeup with you.

6. Eat breakfast, but keep it light.

7. Relax.
